Chiropractic Treatment

Chiropractic is a health profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health.  Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs and headaches.

Doctors of Chiropractic practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment.  Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

We provide individualized care for you in a personalized environment.  We are conservative in our approach, giving the treatment you need without being excessive.  Established relationships with other medical specialties - radiologists, neurologists, orthopedists, spinal surgeons and physical therapists, are maintained to provide you with an excellent continuum of care when referrals are required.

Upon injury, the individual often alters the normal position or flexibility of the spinal vertebrae. Chiropractic treatment is designed to restore normal alignment and thus minimize pain and suffering. Gentle manipulative therapy or “adjustment” is often effective in rapidly returning the injured person to a productive status. The doctor of chiropractic can also provide guidance with advice designed to reduce work-related injuries, proper lifting procedures and therapeutic stretching exercises.

Massage Therapy Treatment

Massage can greatly benefit your overall health and well-being. Many people benefit by getting a massage once a month. But in some cases. It may be recommended. While others may wish to have a message to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Massage can help with blood flow, the secretion of hormones, GI track, it can help stimulate the skin, lymphatic system, muscular skeletal system, nervous system, reproductive system, skeletal system, and the urinary system. By helping all these system massage could help with a variety of specific aliments such as but not limited to pain, anxiety, depression, sports injuries, stress, headaches and, also to relax. Most people will feel very relaxed after a massage, but some people may be sore that day and/or the next day as well.
